contrast, gado or it will be marked w/wo.
*Brain w/wo or Brain wo along with IAC’s
w/wo must be done on separate days.
*Kidney, Liver, Abdomen and Pelvis exams need
Radiologist approval. We need reports of CT, ultrasound along with script before approval. |
